Executive Assistant to CEO - Total Care Connections

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Position Summary:

Total Care Connections, a premier home healthcare provider, seeks an adept, highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role demands a proactive professional who excels in multitasking and maintains confidentiality with a high level of competency and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage CEO’s email and communications, ensuring privacy and prompt, appropriate responses.
  • Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements and schedule management to optimize CEO’s commitments.
  • Prepare engaging presentations using Canva and other presentation software to convey key messages and data.
  • Represent the company in securing new government and insurance contracts through detailed research and application processes.
  • Assist with the credentialing and compliance tasks in accordance with company requirements and standards.
  • Demonstrate eagerness to learn and understand new programs, undertaking thorough research to seize opportunities for Total Care Connections.
  • Investigate potential tax credit opportunities relevant to the organization’s operations and strategic growth.
  • Research and apply for grant opportunities, effectively managing all aspects of the submission and follow-up process.
  • Create and disseminate professional letters and communications, representing the CEO and company with excellence.
  • Oversee expense processing and maintain diligent financial records for the CEO’s commercial activities.
  • Assist with property management duties including coordination of maintenance schedules and addressing tenant queries.
  • Organize meetings, conferences, and events while managing all preparatory and follow-up requirements.


  • Proven experience in an executive support capacity.
  • Proficient with current office software, including presentation tools such as Canva.
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Articulate written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and a high level of discretion.
