We are seeking a highly capable and proactive IT Manager to oversee and support our internal IT operations. This is a hands-on role that combines technical support, systems administration, and strategic IT leadership.
You will work closely with leadership and teams across the organization to ensure our systems are secure, efficient, and reliable every day.
What You Will Do
IT Systems and Administration
- Manage and administer Microsoft 365 environment, including user management and security settings
- Control and maintain user permissions, access levels, and system security policies
- Administer and support platforms such as Slack, Dialpad, and other internal tools
- Ensure all systems are properly configured, maintained, and optimized
User Support and Troubleshooting
- Manage and resolve internal IT support tickets quickly and effectively
- Troubleshoot connectivity, system, and integration issues across platforms
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding including account setup, permissions, and access control
- Provide day-to-day technical support across the organization
IT Governance and Security
- Maintain strong IT controls, access management, and best practices
- Monitor system usage and ensure compliance with company policies
- Develop and improve onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Recommend improvements for security, efficiency, and scalability
Strategy and Projects
- Provide recommendations to leadership on IT strategy and improvements
- Support system integrations, process improvements, and IT initiatives
- Evaluate and help implement new tools, systems, and technologies
- Drive continuous improvement across IT systems and workflows
What You Bring
Required Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or IT coordination
- Strong experience managing Microsoft 365 including admin center, users, and security
- Experience supporting SaaS platforms such as Slack, Dialpad, and similar tools
- Experience troubleshooting system, network, and integration issues
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of user permissions and access control
- Experience with SaaS environments and system integrations
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
Critical Requirement
- Must be highly proficient in both PC and Mac environments
- Comfortable supporting users across Windows and macOS systems without limitations
Work Style
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with U.S.-based teams
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of issues and follows through
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with U.S.-based companies or remote teams
- Familiarity with IT documentation and process standardization
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
- Experience with automation tools or workflow systems
