Outside Sales Representative (Community Liaison) Opportunity in Colorado Springs

Role Overview:


As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for pioneering the development of our referral network by taking initiative in cold-calling and engaging with a broad spectrum of referral sources. Your goal will be to establish and nurture strong, productive relationships with key players in the healthcare ecosystem, including assisted living facilities, independent living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, and senior advisors, as well as hospice agencies and other pertinent organizations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically identify and engage potential referral sources within the healthcare community through cold-calling and outreach initiatives.
  • Cultivate and fortify relationships with professionals in our referral network to secure ongoing referrals for home care services.
  • Refined understanding of and ability to articulate our services, advantages, and the Total Care Connections difference.
  • Implement a meticulous tracking system for marketing and contact information, ensuring accurate and efficient follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate with our Care Management team to optimize referral processes and maintain awareness of new opportunities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed established sales goals and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.


Professional Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outside sales, with a preference for sales within the healthcare field or a similar industry.
  • Demonstrable success in engaging and building partnerships with professional contacts.
  • Robust interpersonal skills coupled with a history of achieving targeted objectives.
  • A self-starter, fueled by intrinsic motivation and upholding the utmost integrity.
  • Proficiency with computer applications and strong communication prowess.
