Total Care Connections, one of the largest home care agencies in the southwest, is searching for a Receptionist to join our Tempe team! Position Details

Location: Tempe Office - 2050 S Cottonwood Dr, Tempe, AZ 85282

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

What You’ll Do:

As our Receptionist, you’ll be the first friendly voice our clients and partners hear when they call. You’ll manage a high volume of calls (100+ per day), direct inquiries, and support our team with key administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Your role will be pivotal in keeping our office organized, welcoming, and efficient.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct 100+ calls per day with a cheerful, helpful approach.
  • Maintain an organized reception area and handle incoming messages.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, helping with records, documents, and scheduling.
  • Perform light clerical duties, ensuring information flows seamlessly across departments.
