In our Tempe, AZ office, you’ll become the administrative heartbeat of our operations team, with key responsibilities in Scheduling, Care Coordination, Data Entry, and more vital tasks that keep our care services unrivaled.


Schedule:


  • Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

  • Accurately manage and populate schedules into our systems
  • Coordinate 200+ client-caregiver connections with precision
  • Fill each shift, ensuring continuous care for clients
  • Maintain comprehensive data in our client management system
  • Obtain authorizations and approvals for rightful service reimbursements
  • Expertly orchestrate caregiver training and uphold our caring standards
  • Represent the heart of client advocacy during conflicts
  • Exemplify professionalism in all interactions with clients and staff
  • Tackle challenges with a positive, solution-driven approach
  • Participate in quality management, quality control evaluations, and documentation
  • Reflect our company’s values and reputation in public engagements


Be the Ideal Scheduling Coordinator:

  • Two years (or more) in administrative/support roles or service coordination
  • Experience in staffing (highly valued)
  • Excellent customer service prowess, paired with compassion and dedication
  • Administrative fluency and Microsoft Office savvy
  • Typing speed exceeding 60 WPM
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Technological efficiency and a rapid project-management mindset
  • A professional, amiable demeanor with robust customer service abilities
