Location: Total Care Connections

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of 10+ scheduling coordinators, fostering accountability and growth through regular team meetings and one-on-one coaching.
  • Scheduling Management: Efficiently manage and fill all client shifts while maintaining accuracy and timeliness in scheduling.
  • Care Coordination: Oversee the scheduling of 600+ caregivers across Arizona and Colorado, ensuring seamless delivery of care to clients.
  • On-Call Oversight: Supervise after-hours scheduling staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and service expectations.
  • Training & Development: Provide ongoing training to team members, instilling TCC's values and best practices for customer service and scheduling.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as a trusted advocate for clients and families, resolving issues with professionalism and a solution-focused approach.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records in our client management system, including care plans, payroll data, and caregiver information.

Requirements
